We’re looking for an experienced Application Developer to join our client's talented development team supporting and enhancing large-scale enterprise applications used by global clients. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing critical Delphi-based applications, working closely with technical teams and business users to deliver reliable software improvements, troubleshoot issues, and support long-term system stability. What you’ll bring: Strong commercial
experience with Delphi (XE2, XE10 & later) 10 yrs+
experience Solid MS SQL Server / Transact SQL expertise 10yrs + exp.
Experience with .Net C# 3 yrs + exp. Knowledge of enterprise-scale, data-driven applications Ability to analyse, refactor, and improve existing codebases
Experience working within structured SDLC environments Strong problem-solving and communication
skills
The role : Maintain, support, and enhance existing applications Diagnose and resolve software defects and performance issues Collaborate with business users and technical teams Develop secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions Contribute to ongoing system improvements and future development projects This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the stability and evolution of business-critical systems.
