My client is a well established e-commerce organisation that umbrellas top high street brands. They are looking for an analytical candidate to work as a Service Level Management Analyst within the shared serviced division of the company. This is a part time, fixed term contract role and requires the following responsibilities to be carried out:

* Assist in the maintenance of service level agreements;
* Manage Operational agreements with IT providers;
* Develop relationships with 3rd party suppliers;
* Negotiate and agree on service levels with IT providers;
* Analysis and review of service performance;
* Document service reviews;
* Initiate actions required to improve service levels

* Excellent communication skills;
* Strong administration capabilities;
* Understanding of statistical and analytical principles process;
* Innovative in respect of service quality;
* Service Level Management ITIL Process awareness;
* Knowledge of Crystal reporting would be desirable
