Our client is a global IT services / Business Processes Outsourced (BPO) services company for a leading global organization. They provide a full-spectrum of consulting, technology and business process outsourcing and product engineering solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Account Manager – IT BPO Services based in Paris to sell into the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing sector.
The Role
The purpose and remit of the Account Manager – IT BPO Services role:-
* Handle a number of existing – IT Services OIL/Gas – Manufacturing client accounts supplying IT BPO Services.
* Build up a pipeline of opportunities to ensure that sales targets are met.
* Identify and target new business opportunities.
* Use your extensive knowledge / experience within the – IT BPO Services Oil and Gas or Manufacturing sector to gain credibility with clients.
* Utilise initiative, creativity and motivation to surpass challenging performance goals and sales targets.
The Candidate
The Account Manager – IT BPO Services experience and qualifications:-
* Experience selling outsourcing solutions in to the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing marketplace.
* Extensive C level contacts and experience at senior level.
* Proven major wins of new multimillion services – IT Services Oil and Gas or Manufacturing marketplace deals.
* Extensive and current experience of services / offshoring including dealing with operations in India.
* Track record of initiative, creativity and motivation to surpass challenging performance goals and sales targets.
* Entrepreneurial spirit to build and create opportunities.
* Degree level candidate.
The Rewards
In return the Account Manager – IT BPO Services (Oil and Gas or Manufacturing) will receive an excellent package including an €80 – €90k basic salary plus a 50% bonus and excellent benefits. Due to our client’s continued growth there are also excellent career progression opportunities.
