Our client is becoming a leading Technology Recruitment Partner. With a sole focus on Microsoft Dynamics, due to the ever growing market they are looking expanding their Hertfordshire team and looking for the next leaders in the business.

Duties include :
– Client Management
– Candidate Management
– Job Vacancy Management
– Job Board Maintenance
– Candidate Qualification process
– Sales Calls (Inbound and Outbound)
– Matching of candidates and vacancies

Skills Required :
– Microsoft Outlook
– Microsoft Word
– Competitive nature
– Ambitious and money motivated

Personal Qualities Required :
– Telephone ability
– Positive Attitude
– Determination
– Strong Work Ethic

Qualifications Required :
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s Grade A*- C including English and Maths, or equivalent.
A second language would be advantageous but is not essential.

Training Required :
A Level 3 apprenticeship in Recruitment and Sales.
Our will deliver training in recruitment and sales, we will walk you through and help you understand recruitment the way we do. We will help you in your ability to become a successful 360 recruitment consultant with the training we deliver.

Wage :
£26,000 per year for the first two months minimum, it will increase to £3.40 at our clients discretion dependent on progress of the individual within their job role.
