Accounts Administrator (part Time)

Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Location: Hertford

Salary: £27,600 pro rota

Hours: Part Time, Monday – Friday, circa 25 hours per week

Contract: Permanent position

The Company:

Our client are seeking an accounts administrator to join their team in Hertford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has experience in using SAGE but is looking for a very varied role on a part time basis.

The Role:

· Responsible for general admin tasks

· Chasing quotes that have been sent to clients

· Using Sage

· Chasing any unpaid / outstanding invoices

· Liaising with suppliers with regards to ordering stock

· Carrying out bookkeeping duties

The Candidate:

· Sage experience is essential

· Experience working within admin and accounts

· Enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude’

· Accurate with great attention to detail

· Must be organised with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload

· Good communication skills

· Must have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
