Account Manager / Territory Manager

You will be provided with ‘best in class’ industry training for the first full month of your employment. You will also recieve field support and mentoring along with 16 field site visits with your manager or mentor in your first year in the business to ensure that you are competent, confident and productive from the outset. As with all sales jobs, you will be expected to achieve your territory sales target but this role will be more strategic in its nature. You will develop tactical planning strategies and conduct market analysis in a bid to expand the product sales across your territory.

You will actively build customer relationships through all communication methods, with particular focus on face-to-face meetings and product presentations. You’ll be working in both the Primary Care and Acute sector at a local and regional level; seeing a range of health care professionals from practice nurses to service managers, key opinion leaders and heads of procurement.

It would be advantageous if you had firsthand experience of selling compression therapy or wound care products but due to the extensive product and sales training you will receive, we are more interested to hear from highly motivted field sales professionals individuals who would like to develop a career in Healthcare and enjoy working in a sales environment. If you have field sales experience, territory planning skills and a high level drive and ambition then we’d love to hear from you.

Territory:  Milton Keynes & Northampton

Salary:  Up to £42K + excellent bonus scheme, Company Car or Cash Allowance, Mobile Phone and Laptop, Pension & Healthcare.
