Job Title: Account Manager
Role – Account manager
Our client is all about excellent customer service.
As our client provides technical support to businesses all over the UK they require an account manager to look after key accounts, either face to face or by telephone.
The candidate will have at least two years experience as a IT Support Engineer.
Essential Skills
Proven experience and ability to promote client retention and generate contract renewals.
Ability to learn about new products in a rapidly evolving market.
Effective communication and proven customer service skills, both in person & on the telephone are essential.
A motivated, self-starter with the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise and manage your own workload.
Effective written and oral communication is essential to the role
- First-class organisational & planning skills
- Experience in customer care desirable
- A proven track record in account management
