JOB TITLE: Contract Administrator

SKILLS: Administration, SAP, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Payroll

SALARY: £26,000 per year

LOCATION: Wolverhampton

The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a well established Facilities Management company at one of their sites in Wolverhampton. You will be responsible for all administration within a small team, working closely with the Contract Coordinator and Manager on a daily basis.

The Role:

The role is an important part of the facilities management operation and provides general day to day support to various team members. Your duties would include the administration of Human Resources, Payroll, Invoicing, Purchasing as well as dealing with general administration.

You will support the Contract Coordinator, Facilities Manager, Engineering Manager and Cleaning Manager providing the highest possible standards of communication at all levels, both internally and externally.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • A working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent organisational, communication, time management, accuracy and efficiency skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as a member of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise workload, working quickly, accurately and delivering to timetable
  • Confident liaising with colleagues and clients at all levels
