Assistant Property Caretaker

Chamonix Estates is a fast growing and customer service focused company providing related services of Property Management Agents across England and Wales.

We have a new vacancy in the Brighton/Shoreham area with an immediate start available.

Working as part of a two person team looking after properties, grounds and communal areas. You will provide a range of services from grounds maintenance and window cleaning through to minor repairs and communal area cleaning within residential apartment blocks.

No trade qualifications are required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, you will be used to physical work, have common sense and a desire to provide a high standard of customer service. Must have good communication skills and a driving license is essential as you will be required to drive a transit van. The role is subject to a DBS check, cost met by the employer. Uniform is provided.

Hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm – 40hrs
