Apprentice Resourcer

A Recruitment Agency based in Beckenham, BR3 are now seeking several Apprentice Resourcers who have a natural flair in sales.

Training provided to turn successful candidates into Trainee Recruitment Consultants within 6-12 months. The quicker you pick things up, the easier you progress.

Responsibilities

• Telephone sales to potential clients
• Identifying new leads
• Expanding our database
• Resourcing for new companies
• Interviewing candidates

We will only consider candidates that have A-Level qualifications – you may not wish to go university due to funding or simply looking to kick-start a career. We will be flexible around this only if you come across exceptionally well.

Future prospects

Progression to Trainee Recruitment Consultant within 12 months then;

• Trainee Recruitment Consultant to Recruitment Consultant – 3 months
• Recruitment Consultant to Senior Recruitment Consultant – 6 months

Skills required

• Good telephone manner
• Confident making phone calls – good command of English
• Educated to at least A-Level standard
• Good IT skills – internet and databases
• Confident, ambitious, money hungry, able to learn quickly and eager to learn
