The Assistant F&D Services Manager will be responsible for ensure that long-term and short-term goals of all Food & Beverage operations are met by providing quality service and products to guests in order to maximise guest satisfaction.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

– Greets and seats guests, and ensures that they receive prompt, courteous and efficient service

– Seeks actively to greet guests upon arrival and departure, and to be visible during their time in the restaurant

– Looks for creative ways to promote and execute strong guest relations activities and procedures with regular and VIP guests

– Randomly inspects all food & beverage regions on a daily basis to ensure facilities and equipment are clean, well maintained and replaced if necessary

– Is proficient in all food & beverage procedures

– Challenges employees within department to achieve optimum food cost percentage and service per employee

– Controls and analyses departmental cost on an ongoing basis

– Monitors food & beverage services and quality on a regular basis and develops and implements strategies to improve results

– Utilises leadership skills and motivation to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction

– Achieves goals for Food and Beverage department in regards to Medallia Guest Feedback

The main requirements for the Assistant F&D Services Manager role are:

– Previous experience in a similar position ESSENTIAL

– An excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience

– The ideal candidate will have a positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care
