1st Line Support Analyst – Innovative Ecommerce Software

Our client is one of the UK’s fastest growing eCommerce technology businesses. They are now seeking a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their team.

As a 1st Line Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing valuable support to our client’s customers relating to the use of their software products.

Liaising with customers, you’ll investigate and resolve queries regarding the functionality of our client’s software. You’ll take ownership of queries, provide clear and comprehensive responses to customers and escalate issues when necessary.

Additionally, you’ll ensure that customers are kept informed of the progress of their queries and that any resolutions or further actions are clearly communicated.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous 1st line customer service or helpdesk experience, ideally gained within the IT sector.

As a 1st Line Support Analyst, you must possess excellent communication skills, a professional and friendly telephone manner and strong time management abilities. Organised and analytical, you must also have a strong customer focus and a team player mentality.

A degree would be beneficial to your application. An understanding of the logistics market would be advantageous, as would knowledge of SQL or Oracle databases.
