My client based in the Richmond area is looking for a credit controller/ Account Handler to join their team.

My client is based near Richmond upon Thames and is looking for an Account Handler to join their Accountancy team. A small – Medium business looking to expand.

Description

In this role as Account Handler, the duties will include;

• Credit control duties
• Chasing a key accounts
• Building rapport with clients to ensure timely payments
• Handling high volume of Debit notes
• Aged dept reporting
• Dealing with queries
• To ensure that bad debt is minimised by keeping >32 days overdue below 0.5%
• Ensure order release is completed in timely manner considering available credit and working within the terms of the credit policy
• Build strong relationships with key departments, Account Managers.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a first class level of customer service at all times
• Ensure billing is completed and mailed dail
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims, checking backup and calculations match activity

This candidate will have excelent communication skills and be efficient and organised.
