Granite consulting have partnered with a well-known business based in Blackfriars central London. They are currently looking to add a couple of 1st Line Technical Support Engineers to their team. MUST HAVE NETWORKING EXPERIENCE HOWEVER SMALL.
They are looking for motivated individuals who are keen to offer the highest level of customer service.

- Cisco
- CheckPoint
- Juniper
- Microsoft
- Citrix
The successful candidates will have networking exposure as well – This is key!
Typical daily duties:
- Telephone ticketing support.
- A pro-active opportunity to monitor events.
- The chance to work alongside skilled engineers in solving customer issues.
