Bond Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Account Manage to join an boutique marketing agency in Bournemouth this is a unique opportunity to develop and enhance your marketing and campaign management experience

The role and responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive and professional marketing support service to the team and assist in building long-term relationships with new and existing clients

The Account Manager is expected to provide full support across the teams numerous Client Accounts and key accountabilities include the following:

1 Client HandingUp to 35%

  • Propose / prepare marketing campaigns
  • Gather information and research pitch clients
  • Effectively communicate requirements to clients, technical, creative and other account handling staff
  • Assist clients with marketing strategy, best practice and strategic implications of their campaigns
  • New project identification, recognising opportunities with clients and initiating kick-off
  • Preparation of client quotations and monthly status reports
  • Receiving client briefs and dealing with their requirements

3 Project co-ordination Up to 45%

  • Act as the primary day to day contact for assigned projects
  • Brainstorming and co-ordination of design and event projects
  • Work closely with Creative team members to effectively manage all assigned projects, maintaining levels of quality and timeliness
  • Report and advise the Client Services team on project progress, identifying in advance any potential issues and recommended solutions
  • Manage relevant project status meetings. Document meetings as required, distributing notes to Client and Client Services team
  • Sourcing and booking design and event activities / facilities / merchandise
  • Deal with site / show / event organisers

Processes and Systems Up to 15%

  • Comply with the studio job bag and filing requirements
  • Raising purchase orders, delivery notes, etc
  • Preparation of new business documents
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and prepare itineraries
  • Monitor time recording is complete, timely and accurate
  • Monitor correct coding of time and materials to ensure job profitability of individual
  • projects can be established
  • Send correspondence when required
  • Field in-coming calls when required
  • Greet and welcome clients when required

Continuous Professional Development Up to 5%

  • Generate a wealth of knowledge of Brands and be able to demonstrate this to share ideas during project scoping exercises and client meetings

Additional Information

£26,400 – £33,600 pa -, Snacks and Tea and Coffee making facilities, light and airy office space

Personal specification:

  • Have demonstrable experience in agency and / or marketing environment, including campaign management
  • Have project management experience and a good understanding of results driven marketing
  • Be capable of researching and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Be capable of interpreting client briefs and understanding their brands for all mediums
