An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our small yet very busy Backoffice Team.
The Main Purpose of the Role:
Limited company administration for Churchill Knight clients
Reporting To:
Backoffice Manager
Main Duties Include:
- Handle incoming emails and telephone calls from clients, resolving queries wherever possible in line with company SLA’s
- Ensuring compliance with timescales for the return of client company’s statutory documents
- Set up new companies within Churchill Knight according to agreed SLA’s
- Complete Leavers packs in accordance with Churchill Knight standards and clients SLA’s.
The Successful Candidate must have the following attributes:
- Have good communication skills and be able to produce clear and understandable written and oral communication
- The ability to work well within a team
- Works towards defined deadlines and seeks to meet them
- Must be punctual
- Understanding of the statutory requirements of limited company administration
This is a full time role working from Monday – Friday from 9:00 – 5.30.
If successful, you will be working in a busy team of 4 people, so we are looking for someone that is willing to fit in and work as a team.
