Job Title; Agency Sales Director
Responsibilities
You will be accountable for the performance of your team and achievement of revenue, contributing to the department budgets. Through effective leadership you will develop, support, coach and motivate your team promoting and demonstrating company values at all times.
This is a strategic role with an emphasis your personal stakeholder relationships.
Your Profile
You will have extensive West End Agency contacts and proven leadership experience in strategic management of teams of sales managers including involvement with forecasting, budgeting and P&L, as well as writing business plans. Ideally you will have experience within Outdoor or a Broadcast environment to bring fresh and new ideas to the business.
Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to embrace change. You will be commercially focused and a strategic thinker!
