Your Potential Role
First Line Analyst, Milton Keynes, £26,000 per year, 6 month rolling contract.
37.5 hours a week on a rotating shift pattern between 8am – 8pm

We are looking to recruit a First Line Analyst for our growing team that will provide effective and efficient support to our clients.
* Using internal systems, you will be logging 1st line IT requests, tracking these through to completion, while utilising Microsoft Office applications to perform other support and admin tasks.
* Dealing with a high volume of inbound calls
* Working efficiently to tight SLAs
* Providing an exception level of customer service
