My Client is a lively, established and friendly company looking to add to their team by taking on an Administration Assistant. No experience needed, just a good work ethic and a natural desire to succeed and earn.
Key Duties and roles include:
- Scheduling Bookings via telephone and e-mail
- Updating our online systems
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking payments over phone
- Updating invoices
This is an apprenticeship so whilst working full time the successful applicant will also be working towards an NVQ qualification. This is a great way to enhance learning whilst earning a good wage, also picking up skills in the workplace where full training will be given.
