Business Analyst

Travelers are looking for a highly motivated business analyst to join the Europe strategic business planning team working as part of a small team of business architects and business analysts. The team is at the forefront all change initiatives within the company, partnering with the executive team to help identify opportunities, assess feasibility, plan, prioritise and ultimately execute through to completion. Projects are delivered in partnership with our Programme Management Office, collaborating with the Project and Programme Managers to deliver value to the business. In most instances engagement is at the earliest moments of conception to shape the scope of investments, therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate extensive experience of communicating and influencing executive leadership.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess and demonstrate exceptional business analysis skills and strong leadership stature. The candidate must be familiar with the financial services industry, preferably insurance. Also candidates must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills due to the importance of being able to hear multiple viewpoints and rationalise them into a comprehensive set of requirements to prepare for execution.
