OSR Recruitment and delighted to be assisting this professional and friendly company with their ongoing search for an Administrative Assistant.

YOU:

You will need to be able to demonstrate;

  • Working knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Good accurate typing skills
  • An understanding of office functions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A years minimum office based experience
  • The ability to assist with various ad hoc duties
  • A helpful and diligent nature
  • The ability to assist clients in a helpful and friendly manner

COMPANY/ROLE

Supporting various areas of the business you will be:

  • Answering phone calls and assisting with queries
  • Typing up and creating documents on Word and Powerpoint
  • Able to set up and maintain basic Excel spreadsheets
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner
  • Providing administrative support to many departments as well as Management and Directors
  • Various ad hoc duties as required

Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5:30.
