1st Line IT Support Technician

Our client is a leading, multi-branch supplier of engineering components and consumables. As part of their ongoing expansion they are looking to recruit a First-Line IT Support Technician, based from their Halesowen office.

This is a first line helpdesk role where the ability to liaise with end-users in a personable manner is essential.

Candidates must possess a good base technical knowledge of modern PC hardware and software (including Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server); as well as a genuine willingness to help others, and the initiative to solve problems competently within a hectic business environment.

Previous experience within a helpdesk role is advantageous, but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate.

The company operate Monday to Friday plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings; in return, they offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to develop your IT career within a successful, growing organisation.
