My client is a specialist business telecommunications company, based in the City of London delivering industry leading, high touch service, support and account management. They provide a broad range of telecommunication solutions to business customers in London and the South East.
Due to fantastic growth and high client demand they are now seeking to appoint an Account Manager from a telecommunications background.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for hitting personal and team targets in a daily customer environment. Working closely with the Business Development Managers, Customer Service team and Directors of the business you will ensure a seamless offering and ensure all customers requirements are managed and met.
This role will also require up-selling and cross selling to existing customers and the retention of new business. It is expected that you will meet your existing client base at least once a quarter as well as mid contract renewal stage.
You must be able to build report easily, be customer focused and extremely organised.
