Avanti is currently working closely on behalf of a client based in Oxford; they’re looking for an experienced 1st/2nd line Support Engineer. Successful candidates must have good experience around Windows and Active Directory, and this will be on a 6 month contract. As a Support Engineer you will join a team providing excellent customer service, software and hardware package updates for clients and network solution design/delivery. They want the correct candidate to join their team looking to improve their knowledge and that are willing to take on key responsibilities.

- Office 2007/10
- Active directory
- Exchange 2010
- Software and Hardware Support
- VoIP
- Citrix ZenApp/Desktop
- Citrix Desktop/Windows Terminal Services
