1st Line Support Analyst /Helpdesk/CRB/DBS/School/Active Directory/Windows
1st Line Support Analyst. Our client, an education specific managed service provider based in London, is searching for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful 1st Line Support Analyst will provide 1st line desktop support on client sites and at company HQ.
The 1st Line Support Analyst requires a good knowledge of Windows support and Active Directory administration alongside an understanding of Windows Server, PC builds and hardware management.
Day to day duties:
- Providing 1st Line PC / Laptop support
- Imaging and deploying application on PCs / Laptops
- PC builds and hardware management
- Logging and prioritising incidents
- Escalating incidents as required
- Delivering high first time fix rates
Essential Requirements:
- CRB / DBS checked
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid grounding in Microsoft technologies
- Excellent communication skills
The ideal candidate:
- IT related degree
- Previous experience working within education
