Our client who is a global financial services company is looking for an Assistant Finance Project Manager to work in close co-operation with the Finance Project Manager and consult with various members of the Finance, Compliance and Operations teams internally and communicating with other external companies.

Job Outline

• Initiate projects with credit card companies for new card products
• See the new finance projects through from initiation to completion and post completion maintenance for technical aspects.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers and the Business Development Teams to co-ordinate the implementation of new White label programmes.
• Liaise with MasterCard and VISA (or other relevant card scheme) with a view to understanding their policies, technical set-up, processes and requirements.
• Coordinate integration projects and liaise on the integration with third parties such as Load Channels, Processors and RiskIDS.
• Handle queries from the Finance Team on invoicing, reporting and programme details.
• Liaise with the Compliance Team on programme details such as product codes and reporting issues.
• Liaise with Processors, Finance Team and relevant third parties to receive accurate and complete reporting which is in accordance with Visa and MasterCard requirements.
• Liaise with Processors to receive accurate and complete product set-up documentation.
• Set up chip profiles and settlement structures for clients.
• Maintenance of project documentations such as project plans and workbooks.

Skills and Experience Required

• Knowledge and Experience of implementing projects ideally in the Finance or banking sector
• Focused attitude to work with the ability to constantly meet deadlines while ensuring exceptional attention to detail, and high levels of accuracy
• Good understanding of working with projects throughout the project lifecycle
• First experience in implementing finance or banking products
• Prior experience with credit cards is desirable

Salary is circa 25k
