Job Title: Account Handler
Location: Hoddesdon
Reporting to: Stock and Administration Manager
Account Handler on a permanent basis for well established leader in the logistics market. Based at our Hoddesdon depot you will report to the Stock and Administration Manager.
Key responsibilities will include:
– Resolve various customer service queries and requests
– Daily / Weekly / Monthly Service Reporting
– Daily / Weekly / Monthly Export report compliance
– Order chasing and delivery issue resolution
– Daily Order Audit checks
– Parcel Traffic Order Planning and Communications
– Planning Export order collections – Haulier Quotes and Confirmations
– Export Order Operational & Bond Interfaces & Communications – Pick & Pack
– Maintain Export Control Tools
– Special Delivery Order management and Cost control
– Export Suspended Well Compliance
– Customer Web Based Order Confirmation Systems Compliance
– Exceeding agreed KPIs
– Daily liaison with personnel across different levels (Shift Managers, Transport Coordinators, Customer Service & Client Support Colleagues)
– Proactively look for conscientious improvements
– Deal with day to day operational issues
– Other duties as reasonably required
Skills & Competencies:
– Attention to detail/ accuracy
– Good geographical knowledge
– Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
– Ability to work without direct supervision
– Adaptable approach to work/ training/ working hours
– Conscientious and reliable with adaptable attitude
– Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information
– Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
– Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
– Able to work on own or as part of a team
– Proactive decision maker
Hours/ Shift Pattern: 9am – 5pm
