Credit Controller/Biller Global Design Agency- (25-30k)

A Global Design Agency seeks an outgoing and hardworking individual looking for a Credit Control/Billing position in an exciting, dynamic creative environment.

This is permanent position, which would suit a Credit Controller looking for the next step in their career.

The Role:

• Create project accounts as well as reporting on project profitability within the account
• Ensure all billable costs are invoiced without delay
• Reconcile client purchase orders and rechargeable amounts billed in advance or unbilled
• Ensure sales ledger is consistently up to date
• Undertake Credit control for the group
• Manage debtors to ensure receipts are obtained as soon as possible
• Maintain WIP records
• Reconciliation of monthly and master forecasts to raise awareness of any potential issues
• Close out project accounts upon completion

The Person:

• Proactive, confident and focused
• A strong communicator with a positive approach to work
• Some Credit Control experience is essential
• Experience using Paprika is advantageous
