Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Act as a point of contact for the Unit/section, answering routine enquiries.
2. Maintain filing systems, computerised and manual.
3. Update, modify and retrieve data on both manual and computerised systems.
4. Produce all types of office documentation.
5. Support the day to day clerical and administrative functions of the team.
6. Arrange and co-ordinate appointments and small meetings, on behalf of the line manager and other staff within the Unit.
Candidate must attend a registration at our office in Kings Hill initially and complete an Online skills test prior to registration.
