ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

*This is a brand new opportunity due to increased volume of work that requires an experienced Senior Account Manager to work on-site with a major retail client in order to manage their content creation / branding projects.
*You will be assisting the brand and communications manager in a number of projects whilst actively getting involved in new product launch planning and organisation.
*Support the logistics and planning of photography / video shoots.
*Actively prepare and manage critical paths in order to meet strict deadlines.
*Pull all communication together from the agency site, client, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time keeping all parties up to date.
*Work with the client on introducing other services that the content creation agency could work with them on.
*Thoroughly understand your client’s industry, competitors and challenges in order to build the brand.
*General administration and ad-hoc tasks – maintaining records and files on the internal network and digital asset management system (DAM).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

*Relevant industry background of content creation / photography / video / creative services / artwork / branding.
*Managing design / creative / artwork for print and digital.
*Accurate and fast proof reading abilities.
*Experience in arranging and managing product launches would be highly beneficial.
*Extreme attention to detail!
*Strong organisations skills in order to meet strict deadlines and prioritise tasks.
*Must be confident and sparky in personality!
*Excellent communicator and be able to build and maintain relationships effectively.
