The Role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
The role is challenging and requires excellent communication and ability to build rapport.
On a daily basis you will be:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Generating leads and developing new business through cold calling and networking
- Headhunting candidates
- Advertising vacancies in a creative way in order to attract the best calibre candidates
- Building an in depth knowledge of your specific industry and the clients that operate within it

The Package for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- £24k Basic Salary
- Uncapped commission- The average deal would be worth £12k and your commission goes up to 30% of this
- Excellent Training and Development

- Holiday Incentives- Last 3 years have been Las Vegas for top billers and a company Ski Trip
