My client are an industry leader in their field; working with medium and large companies such as Virgin Active, BUPA and Dominos Pizza to name just a few! They are now on the hunt for 2 fantastic candidates to join the company as Apprentices and progress from Administration into Project Management.

Job Purpose;
– To provide a consistently high standard of customer care to a portfolio of clients in relation to Benefit Schemes
– To be a source of expertise for members and have detailed knowledge of all benefit schemes
Main Duties
– Supporting the Line Manager/Senior team member on a day-to-day basis in identifying any risks that will impact on Customer Care Team or the business meeting their SLA’s.
– Supporting members to access their accounts, resetting passwords, make payments and benefit selections.
– Adhering to legislation and company practice, good awareness of the Data Protection Act.
– Answering calls and emails about specific issues presented to members
– Working with the Admin team to provide accurate and seamless benefits service.
Wage and Remuneration;
The wage will be between £26,000 per year, along with some fantastic bonuses! This company provide a large variety of company benefits and perks along with their salary such as; Subsidized Gym Membership, Cycle to Work vouchers, Health Insurance, Generous Pension scheme and Life insurance!!
