My client is a family run firm which has been established since 1993 based in Halifax. They are suppliers of packaging materials and stationary within the B2B and retail sectors who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ACCOUNT/TELESALES MANAGER to join their small but expanding team.
THE ROLE
Contacting existing customer database to increase sales & profitability
Preparing quotations and order processing
Managing all aspects of customer service
Visiting clients on a once-a-week basis to take orders and carry out after sales care
Contributing to sales targets by cross/up selling and working as part of a team
Promote brand awareness via telesales, face-to-face sales & marketing campaigns
THE CANDIDATE
Must have a proven successful sales background in telesales
Achieve pre-set targets
Have the ability to build strong working relationships
Work closely and efficiently with other departments
Be IT proficient
Have a pitch-in & can-do attitude
Be self-motivated and proactive
MUST HAVE UK DRIVING LICENSE & OWN TRANSPORT (mileage allowance provided)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated, driven & enthusiastic individual to make a significant impact in an already successful company who, in return, offer £26,000 per year basic with realistic achievable targets.
Mon – Fri 08:30 – 17:30
