Administrator/Data Entry Assistant is required to form part of the team which sits within the Workplace Customer Services Team. This role is business critical and will include the sending out of customer drug and alcohol results following analysis, for Urine, Hair and Oral Fluid tests. You will also be updating Customer systems with an individual’s results in order for them to have continued access to their place of work.

Other duties include; entry of donor details into our systems, clerical review of entered donor details, scanning and reconciliation of paperwork, speaking to customers and maintaining spreadsheets and administrative support.

Key Skills required include; proven administrative, data entry and customer service experience, good attention to detail, previous experience in Drug and Alcohol Testing or the Healthcare industry would be desirable but is not necessary. The successful candidates must have excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and preferably be able to touch type.
