Dynamic and Successful International Beauty Brand is looking to recruit an Area Recruitment Manager to join their team and be the sole person responsible for managing the recruitment, training and development of staff within the Brough Area.

You will ideally be a self motivated and target driven individual who is keen to earn fantastic commission and benefits whilst working for an international leader in the market! You will manage your own diary completely and have the chance to develop a successful team and earn fantastic rewards.

• Up to £31,200 p/a basic salary with OTE of £48,000!

The Role

• Recruit and train your own team of sales representatives
• Motivate and coach team on a daily basis to ensure area success.
• Have monthly and quarterly meetings and reviews to ensure sales targets are being met and achieved
• Achieve KPI goals through training, motivating and developing a team
• Be a successful team leader
• 100% ownership for delivering results on key activities on a daily, campaignly, quarterly and annual basis to achieve area targets.
• Prioritise and maximise business growth opportunities within allocated geography.
• Utilise and successfully control geographical area using tools and data provided.
• Multi task and contingency planning to meet demands
