Account Handler

An account handler job based in Leicester for a growing manufacturer paying up to £28K.

Your new company
Your new employer is a successful, innovative and more importantly, growing manufacturer within a fast paced and exciting industry. They are now looking to recruit an experienced account handler to join their team in Leicester to support their ongoing service demands.

Your new role
You will be looking after a number of accounts some of which will be high profile and extremely demanding. You will pro actively manage their requirements from enquiry to fulfilment along with all resultant queries, and liaise with production and warehousing to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have outstanding customer care skills via telephone and face to face, have experience within a manufacturing environment and ideally have worked with high profile clients. You will have a track record of proactive client management and very good Microsoft Excel skills. You will need to be able to negotiate and manage your clients, and internal stake holders expectations while working as part of a team and supporting your co-workers when demand requires it.
