Accounts Payable Assistant

Unibet are currently looking for a Accounts Payable Assistant to work on our multi currency purchase ledger. This is an excellent role for someone who has prior AP knowledge and is looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll be dealing with several hundred invoices and expenses claims in a month using our accounting package Hansa so it’s a busy role requiring excellent customer facing skills and getting out amongst the business to ensure that people are following correct process with regards to invoices.

Key duties

• Processing invoices and staff expenses and resolving related queries
• Preparing weekly payment runs
• Reconciling supplier statements and creditor ledgers
• Working closely with suppliers and non Finance Unibet departments
• Ensuring compliance with Unibet policies and procedures and ensuring

Skills and experience required

• You must have worked in a similar AP role previously
• Multicurrency experience is preferabe
• Experience of using a recognised accounting software package, we use Hansa
• VAT experience
• Friendly, passionate and expert in all that you do!
