Accountant – Part Time or Full Time

Fast growing Midlands Accountancy and Advisory practice is looking for Accountants for their offices in Birmingham, Solihull and Coventry.

We are a friendly team, with a strong focus on helping clients to build better businesses. We provide the normal accounts and tax services but also provide advisory assistance with business plans, marketing, HR and IT. We provide outsourced services to clients, to allow them to focus on the key areas of sales and operations.

The role will be an interesting and challenging mix of work in the office and work out at clients. The practice work will involve working on year end accounts files and tax returns and management accounts and the client work, generally out of the office, will involve helping run the management accounts and accounts offices for clients.

You will be working as part of a team on many assignments, generally with a junior member of staff to look after and develop or you will be working on your own. On some jobs you will work with a Manager and another team member,

You will have need to have excellent personnel skills, good IT skills, an attention to detail and a strong desire to be part of an effective team.

We like people with a strong personality and a willingness to go the extra yard for the office for the client. It is all about having fun whilst we work but providing great value to the clients and help in developing younger members of the team.

We are flexible employers, so will consider part time working hours or a number of days, to fit around children or family situations. We are also looking for full time people too to help us move the business forward.
