Pro-actions, is a successful business improvement company working with SME owners and managers, helping them to realise their full potential and achieve the lifestyle they aspire to.

Pro-actions have seen significant growth across a number of Counties in the South East, London and the Midlands and have developed a strong working relationship with major Banks and other professionals interested in developing enterprise in the SME marketplace.

In line with their expansion plans, Pro-actions are actively seeking Business Development Managers to further develop targeted areas and provide a continuous flow of quality referrals into the Pro-actions business.

This role provides you with the opportunity and support gained from working with a fast growing and like-minded organisation, allowing you to concentrate on building lasting relationships.

In this role you will generate qualified client referrals into the Pro-actions Area Directors and Business Improvement Specialists in the Region in which you operate in order for them to service the business on a retained basis.

You will develop long term relationships with Banks, other professionals and opinion formers and conduct joint client meetings to effect successful introductions.

You will be rewarded with an agreed fee based on the value of the clients introduced to the Pro-actions Area Directors and Business Improvement Specialists.

You will initially sign a zero hours contract and be rewarded through Fee income from successful referred business. Subject to performance, a base salary will be negotiated after the initial 3 months probationary period. You can expect to earn in excess of 70k p.a. OTE by following the Pro-actions approach.

You will need to be able to build profitable relationships and networks, communicate at a senior level both within Pro-actions and with external stakeholders.

Additionally you will have a good understanding of how to coach business owners and leaders to improve their businesses and able to influence and persuade others.

You will be highly proactive individual, and driven to succeed.

Comprehensive training will be provided.
