Job Title: Accounts Support Administrator

Location: Framlingham, Suffolk

Salary: £15,000 – £18,000 (negotiable)

Status: Full time, permanent

Are you a highly organised, self motivated and experienced Accounts Support Administrator with an excellent eye for detail, strong Microsoft office skills and the ability to assimilate new information quickly? Are you a resourceful team player with a good understanding of the importance of providing a high level of customer service who is keen to work in a friendly environment for a successful, expanding organisation?

An opportunity has arisen for a confident and proactive person to join this successful business to provide additional support to the accounts team.

You will be responsible for a variety of activities including:

• Bar code and scan all incoming invoices and credits that do not go through the PDF hub
• Bar code and scan internally raised documents relating to members
• Scan supplier statements
• Process supplier PDF hub invoices
• Register back to back trading invoices to monthly deadlines
• Register invoices for subsidiary company
• File Supplier Remittance Advices

To be considered for this position you will have a good standard of basic education coupled with an upbeat, can do attitude and have gained previous admin / invoice processing experience within a fast paced environment.
