Administration Assistant responsibilities:
– Communicating with Financial Advisers and clients
– Preparation and processing of all new client forms and amendments
– Monitoring of transfers of assets/cash from other institutions
– ISA subscriptions and transfers
– Processing of payments to intermediaries
– Liaising with operations department
– Ensuring client reviews are recorded correctly on systems
– General record keeping and electronic filing
– Using MS Excel to work with data
– Ad-Hoc Duties
Customer Service Specialist experience:
* Admin Experience
* Experience of MS Excel/Word/Outlook/Access
* A-Level or equivalent education
* Flexible and reliable
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Team Player
* Good communication skills – oral and written
* Ability to meet deadline/work within restricted timescales
