The Role

You will be part of a successful, highly driven and professional sales organisation. Your role will primarily be to expose new business opportunities and then to retain and grow the new accounts.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactive new business wins
• Add new records to designated territory (to supplement existing)
• Account Management (accounts will be owned once secured)
• Forecast accuracy
• Customer satisfaction
• Account planning and development
• Accuracy of work
• Revenue performance against targets
• Professionalism

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong new business background
• Proven proactive sales experience with demonstrable track record of success
• Strong understanding of sales processes
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Goal-driven personality
• Self-motivated, self-starter, entrepreneurial
• Ability to learn about and position new products

You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have entrepreneurial spirit, and have a determined and confident character with of course excellent communication skills.
