3D Creative Pos Designer

Premier Media have an exciting opportunity for a 3D Creative PoS Designer.

An Industry leading print and POS design and production agency are looking for a POS/Retail Designer to join their expanding team. You will be working with many high-end retail and fragrance international brands across a multitude of design areas including: POS, POP and brand development.

General Responsibilities include:

• To design and develop concepts for primarily speculative design pitches within tight deadlines and budget requirements.
• Developing your successful design projects into CAD/CAM output. Producing technical drawings, production ready files and artwork.

Qualification & Experience.

• Must have previous experience within POS, POP, retail design.
• Trained to a degree level either BA or BSC in a design related field (Product design, industrial design or interior design)
  The role is client facing so good presentation and people skills are essential.

Skills Needed.

• Good technical knowledge of the below software is essential:
• 3DSmax for producing photo realistic visualisations, Solidworks for producing all CAD/CAM output and technical drawings.
• Good technical knowledge of Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, In-design.
• Good technical knowledge of production techniques and design for manufacture. To effectively transfer design concepts into final production efficient POS products. Any previous hands on experience would be a bonus to show your level of manufacture understanding. Knowledge of: CNC machining. Laser cutting, router cutting, vacuum forming, tool making, acrylic fabrication are a bonus but not a must.
