€75k + package (Base to €60k, 15% bonus, benefits and relocation) – Milan, Italy
Help with relocation of individual and family – available if required.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the Italian branch leading a small but growing team, essentially running your own autonomous business unit – reporting directly to UK Board. You will run the in country marketing plan, audit CSR calls & monitor tech staff performance as well as troubleshoot technical problems where CSRs require mgmt input
About You
You have 3+ years as a team leader / operations manager in a fast moving retail business ideally within the highly competitive UK marketplace and have taken responsibility for growing businesses & sales as well as recruiting & developing a team. You speak English and Italian and are willing to relocate to Milan.
