Account Manager – Voice and Data Consultants – Maidstone, Kent

Role:
As an Account Manager you need to be able to:

Manage your client’s accounts in a professional, consultative manner. You need to be approachable, presentable and organised at all times

Create your own client base within the first 3-6 months

Self-generate new business mainly through cold calling

Book appointments and support visits/training visits once you have built a structured client base
-
Have a consultative approach to sales – they do not advocate hard sales
-
Have strong customer service skills
-
Ask informative questions and offer solutions, which in turn will enable your customer to grow their business
Candidate:
-
Strong telesales background
-
Demonstrable sales figures
-
Strong customer service skills
-
Experience within the Telecommunication Industry would be desirable but not essential
-
As you build up a larger database of clients, you will become more field based so it is essential that you have a driving license
Package:
Basic salary is negotiable depending on experience plus an uncapped commission structure. The package also includes a phone, pension and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
