Key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant job will include:
-Various accounts reconciliations and ad-hoc reports
-Assisting with Credit Control function
-Purchase Ledger processing and credit notes
-Daily bank reconciliation and bank management
-Assisting with Sales Ledger tasks
-Any other tasks required by the Accounts department.
The ideal Accounts Assistant will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Experience of working within an Accounts role.
-Confidence working with numbers
-Good spoken and written communication skills
-An organised and methodical approach to work
-A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Honesty and discretion
-An ability to solve problems and pick up new tasks quickly.
