Market leading consulting firm specialising in Total Reward and Flexible Benefits require an experience Client Account Manager to manage their large global blue chip clients. The role will include relationship management and servicing the account, thus ensuring the client is delighted which results in more revenue, profitability and value.

As an Account Manager you will develop a strong working relationship with senior decision makers within clients with a deep understanding of the client’s goals. You will consult, question and listen to clients to identify problems and create and implement appropriate solutions that provide an exceptional service. Additionally you will be accountable for facilitating the delivery of additional and recurring work for client and will be the primary contact and escalation point for incident management to and from clients. You will be accountable for target revenue, probability and client satisfaction for the portfolio of accounts. Additionally you will assist more junior account managers with technical queries, problem solving and opportunity analysis and closure.

As an Account Manager you must have come from a Flexible Benefits background ideally however we will consider candidates from a broader Pensions or Employee Benefits background. You must be a flexible communicator, facilitator, influencer and problem solver as well as being extremely conscientious, ambitious, solution focused, driven and resilient. Fantastic relationship skills are essential with the ability to create and maintain long lasting commercial relationships as well as being passionate about delivering a high quality service and building mutually rewarding relationships with clients. Additionally you must thrive in a client facing Account Management role with experience of working with CRM tools. A competitive salary between £42,000 – £66,000 + generous benefits package including generous bonus, holiday, pension, life assurance, and PMI.
