The role is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30 pm with a rate of pay of £26,000 per year.
We are looking for a conscientious customer-oriented account manager to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, up selling to existing client base and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Working alongside a team of 4, the target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Account Manager and Sales Support Job Duties:
Providing new product line and service information
Up selling to existing client base
Be passionate about pushing the business forward
Resolving product and service problems.
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Recommend products on a case by case basis up selling the new product lines
