2nd Line Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer (Windows, Office 365, SCCM)
A 2nd Line Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer (Windows, Office 365, SCCM) is required by one of Central London’s most prestigious historic establishments on a permanent basis.
As their newest 2nd Line Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer (Windows, Office 365, SCCM), you will be joining a small team of other support engineers but sat amongst a larger IT Department of 20.
Technical Understanding:
- Windows Servers 2010 – 2012
- Windows Desktop Support XP / 7 / 8
- System Centre Config Manager (SCCM)
- Office 365 (outlook, exchange)
- Active Directory and Group Policy
Any further experience with the following is a bonus:
- Virtualisation (VMware)
- Citrix
- Sharepoint for Office365
- Networking Fundamentals
- Storage
- ITIL processes
On offer for the successful 2nd Line Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer (Windows, Office 365, SCCM) is a starting base salary of £36,000 – £42,000 + benefits with the company. This is a not to be missed opportunity with an extremely well known organisation. Hit apply today!
