Accounts Payable Manager

My client an International Retail business are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their finance team.

This role will be responsible for: managing a team of 12 taking full responsibility for accuracy of the Stock, Overheads and Expenses ledgers, identifying problems with the current processes and looking to implement change and implement robust controls while maintaining quality, building relationships across the business and be a main point of contact for any queries, develop and build the team, production and review of supplier statement reconciliations, ensure timely production of financial reconciliations in line with the month end process, assisting and managing finance and business projects, supporting the management accounts team with month end close reporting and analysis, drive PO and invoice authorization compliance within the business, assisting with the preparation of the year end audit file and liaison with auditors, planning and organising any other adhoc projects as required by the Senior Finance Manager to ensure that objectives and deadlines are met.

Candidates must have proven Accounts Payable Management experience.

Candidates must have Retail/FMCG/Stock experience.
